Venttra America, LLC
Venttra America, LLC ("Venttra") is a U.S. independent Vinyl Window and Door manufacturer. Venttra is located currently in three sites: (i) At Mex Securit, S.A. de C.V., a bonded customs warehouse and border manufacturing center immediately accross from the U.S.-Mexico International Border Crossing Bridge III of Laredo, Texas, into the township of Colombia, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Mex Securit dedicates its newly built 100,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility for the production of Venttra Vinyl Windows and Doors; (ii) It has its main offices and sales personnel in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico; and (iii) a distribution warehouse and sales offices in Mexico City. U.S. distribution center and sales offices are expected to be open by the fourth quarter of this year.
Venttra was founded in 2000, however its founders comprise an enormous experience in flatglass fabrication with hi-tec machinery in Mexico since 1939.
